Bought a cream leather interior for my cabby on e.bay yeaterday! I was the only bidder, starting bid of £50!! Drivers seat needed some work, but a bargin!!
Got in touch with seller for directions, and he wont sell it for that price!!

Wants more money!
Told him thats what it sold for and he should of set a higher reserve!
Rant over!

I agree, report it. He could have withdrawn the item from sale before the end if he wasn't happy with the price, but chose to let it end.

In his defence, as we all know nothing happens until the last 10 mins and you cant pull it from auction within the last 12 hours. But like its been said he should have had a higher start price. Report him, leave neg feedback. Also if he sells e30 bits on ebay, put his ebay I.D on here so hopefully no one will buy his stuff.

ive seen quite a few sets of sports seats sell for well under the £100 pound mark the last few month
just tell him its a binding contract and you have won it fair and square
can you not get his address via ebay

So you record dates and times of all calls, preferably 1471 him to get the number he called you from, and do him with the Police for harassment.
All on your side mate. As said, it's a legal binding contract. He'd get nasty if you won and then didn't pay wouldn't he?

I think the problem youve got is your looking at £50 not £500 or £5000 and its not really worth pursuing him properlly threaten him a bit but for £50 you can't really take him to court unless its just the priciple that matters to you.

I was watching it, maybe he had a few watchers and assumed they'd bid? its in rough condition so its not like a £200 worth interior ended at £50, he set the price, he should sell at that.
I've had auctions for alternators etc end at 99p but have sent anyways as its a binding contract.
