Engine is 16v not 8v, power is 136 not 115 bhp, 4 wheel disc brakes, M-tech suspension, different interior.

This has been discussed many times! please use the search function.

Mainly the engine, 318iS uses a 16 Valve twin cam engine compared to the 8V single cam in the 318i.

318iS used mtech suspension, and 325i brake set up
M3 style chequered pattern cloth seats
etc

OP's car is a cab, so it'll already have decent suspension and brakes compared with a 318i saloon.
Other important differences are the iS engine doesn't have a cam belt that needs regular changing, and doesn't have a design of self adjusting tappet that makes the engine sound like it's run its big end bearings.
