Your car needs a service at a guess?

Hi mate. This is the signal that means your "Annual Check" service is due. Refer to your manual or have a look online somewhere. Its not a big service compared to Inspection I or II.

Its nothing that major and does not mean your car has something wrong.

If the car was serviced only 2 months ago you have nothing to worry about, the service lights need to be reset.
bridge a piece of wire between pin 7 & 19 on the diagnostic plug under the bonnet, turn the ignition on for so many seconds and it resets it,theres a guide in the wiki on how to do this step by step,
if you get stuck put a post in the tech help section.

by the way this isnt related to your clutch problem.

It is set from the date of registration and comes on to indicate it's annual inspection, be that MOT or whatever.

My 320 anologue clock appears every November as it was registered Nov 90. On my reset tool I use the Inspection mode to knocjk it out. It can come on when all 5 greens are showing or any other amount and combination of service lights.
