Hi guys. I was so excited about my 318i. It only cost me a small amount of money and was in fantastic nic.
I filled the tank up and now it is leaking fuel from the connecting pipe to the tank.
It has stopped now I have lost half a tank of fuel. I was wondering if anyone can help me locate a place to get a rubber tube part for my 91 318i car.
Thanks for your time and look forward to hearing from someone soon.

Chances are you'll need a new fuel tank, they are prone to rotting around the fuel filler neck.
Had to change the tanks on my last 2 E30's, they all appear to be knackered now! Tank is about £90 from GSF

Mine went at the fuel filler neck - smell of petrol leak only noticeable when the tank was fairly full. New tank sorted it.

I live in Crawley, near Gatwick. I am not sure if i should get a new tank or just change the the rubber hose connection.
Decisions, decisions

Mine also rusted at the fuel filler neck. Very easy to replace. Look for someone breaking one on here.

Thanks for all your reply's. Does anyone know where to get the rubber fuel supply piping that connects to the fuel tank as a possible fix?
