Can you get these to fit an e30 easily? I've seen a black coupe with them on which looked the nuts.
Do you need adapters or anything or can you get them to fit straight on??
Thanks.

Depends on the ET of the wheels. Also if your car is lowered you might have problems

I have to admit I like the look of larger rims, but as E30topless says they really knacker up the handling. You feel every bump in the bloody road and the car (any car not just the E30) tends to "track" with the larger rims on, gets pulled about by the camber on the road etc....

i agree,
i have tried 15" 16" and 17" on my E30 and 17" even though they look good you do notice a difference in the handling,
im running 15" at the moment but im concidering going back to 16"
18" would be a very annoying drive after a while!

Mine were excel deep dish,i brought them for the wifes tomcat but before they went on i tried them on the E30 for about a week and couldnt believe the difference,
size was 17x7j,offset ET25 with 205/40/17 tyres, which is pretty much the same as the original E30 set up (where the wheel would sit)
what causes the handling issue...tyre profile?

Personally I think 18's would look the nuts, but like others said it would depend on your drop.
Can someone explain why there are so many alphina rep haters? Had mine (17's) since i got the car in August and i love them to bits + seem pretty solid. I had a blow out this morning on the m56 doin a little over 80mph, car spun and the tyre got ripped completely off, but more importantly did not crack or buckle. From reading some threads on the zone you'd think they'd have fallen apart
