help? tech 1 bumper

hey i need a picture and a little help, iv got tech one rear bumper on my chromey, but dont have the rubber ends stops, could n e one help me out who has a pair, or coulod some one supply me a picture so i know what im looking for, cuz i cant get the original chrome bumper end stops to sit in properly, or should they fit, cheers guys!

i think a "tech1 bumper" is just a body-colour painted chrome bumper. have a look at the tech1 restoration threads under the "photo gallery" section, you should see some useful pics there jonesy. afaik the end caps are the same. if so, i have a couple of nice ones available here mate. adi 07901 888019 :)

if you look at parts 14 you'll see that 2 different part numbers are listed one is a standard and the other is for m tech

the part number for the m tech one is 51121953712 and the one for the standard is 51121888288 so as i expected they are different

I have the PDF file with the instructions for fitting the kit - and you have to cut the end caps if you use the standard one.

I had to cut mine around the bottom when the tech1 kit was fitted years ago. Seem to remember it takes a bit of time as there's a metal strengthener inside....
