trying to remove my m40 water pump but its stuck in uts operational position.the bolt hole where u use the 2 10 bolt to push it out has broken.are they any other ways to get it out?

Get a stilson wrench on it and try to rotate it. If that fails, progressively destroy it, until it surrenders.

hit it with a big hammer until it gives up hanging on
