Can of worm's. And open spring to mind.
Too many awnser's. Will depend on what you want to use the car for, and how you drive.

m30 is the easiest to do, you can use the origional loom, and it sits in the car as it was meant to be there.
check out the engine conversion section.

Converted cars are worth the sum of their parts. The experts suggest that an M50 conversion, for example, will take 40 hours. So if you are paying someone else to do the work expect to pay them at least a weeks wage.. at least part of the point of a conversion is to do it yourself, you learn about your car and your limitations.

Talking of which, how,s your conversion doing Marc.
320ise, if you do a search under M30 conversion,s in the cars for sale section, you should find a couple Spadge has done. You won,t find a tidier install anywhere , looks like they came out of the factory.

God luck with it anyway.

ive done both these conversions and id say the m30 is the easiest provided you have all the parts like mounts a prop to hand.

Ive done quite a few M50 conversions and they are pretty straightforward to do.
Wiring is easy and takes no more than an hour to do.
Exhasut/manifold is the biggest pain in the arse to do!
Oh and they look oh so good in an E30 engine bay too
