big bore throttle body? who sells them?

could any one tell who does a big bore throttle body for the 2.5 m20? i'm sure i seen one for around £70 months ago but i can't find them now (maybe i'm imagining it!), does any one have one? any difference? i've got a full ss exh, high pres. fuel regulator, and a chipped ecu, as i know sometimes things make no difference unless there combined with other performance modifications...
