I am in a bit of a picle, I seem a few Aloias recently and I've realy fallen for the, but my deliemia is...

I adore my cab as many of the zoners who have meet me know , but after seeing a few of the zoners pinas I am even more desperate to get one. all I know is I would want a C2.7 in black and with read leaher. I am wanting a slightly rouge one as my ada and I want a project to make onto a comcrse car.

Now the problem is , what kind of money would i expect to be paying for a real C2.7 Alipima? What peblems can I exect with them? Is thhe Alpia going to be any different to hat my cabby is already?

Sorry for asking such odd questions but after finally getting a set of gemuinuie 16" rims I now want to addan alpina to my collection.

Does look quite nice. In wiltshire as well which is good for Dan. Notice he is taking no chance of curbing those alpinas!

Seems too good to be true ? Thats nice 325i sport money - I wouldn't have thought you could get a good Alpina for that - Nice looking car - If I was in the market for one that would be exactly the sort I would go for

I had a little chat with the owner. I told him I am waiting for some paper work for a loan to get it,. I explained to the owner I am just waiting on fiance and I will not waist his time by cmming down to see it untill I know I got the money for it. ( I'm not selling my cab for to fund it thats for sure )

Just found out I been orevisionally acpeted on the loan , just got to wait for the comfimation to come through. Would any zoners be prepaired to come with me to check it out if things work my end?

'tis not the same car simon. The one at Gaydon was the one i saw a couple of years ago along with the blue C2 before it had a resto. The Gaydon one is also an auto where as the the one in the ad is a manual.

There was never a genuine Alpina M20 engine rocker cover ever produced but there are aftermarket ones out there for the M20.

i must be wrong with the reg then but the previous owner lived in the nantwich area and he had owned it for years he was surprised when it was on the register cause he never bothered checking! the car had no history either im sure this is the same car..........

on the register is a bit vague, a cat D with a dent in the wing last year isn't going to put anyone off with half a brain off. A cat C in 92 involving 2 front chassis legs is going to scare alot of people off with half a brain!

as i said the previous owner had owned it for years and was surprised when it came up on the register as in it had been in an accident before he owned it  i can't recall what catagory it was the owner did sent me an e mail but i have deleted it if i recall correctly the owner wanted in the region of £2500 for it.

thing is you can't be too picky. There's the same dogs floating around maybe a good one. But then there will be months on end of none forsale.

I know this from past experience

I was tempted by this been looking for a c2 for ages thats why I hpi'd it, showed clear no finance ect but also it has had 13 owners

it is a very reasonable price IMO and with a bit of fettling could make a very nice example

I got approaved for a loan and paper works comming but I think I going to save up instead. I'll just have to cry myself to sleep at night not havign one. Also the old mans said he will castrate me if I got rid of my cab :(

He is now asking £3995 ono.

Is this a good price for a C2.7? I got £5000 budget for the car should I look for other?

Also I been thinking about what would be good to go with my cab, E34 M5's have really bottomed out at the moment and I was thinking maybe an M5 would be nice inclusion.

When I was chatting to a few zoners yesterday we came up with some ideas , but still not sure.

What other e30 Alpinas would be fun to have and in my price range?
