Basically it goes Oil service, Insp 1, Oil Servive, Insp 2, Oil Service, Insp 1 , Oil Service, Insp 2 and so on.

Insp 2 is the biggy, Insp 1 more of an interim service and the oil service is just that, an oil change and a quick check over. Theres a link somewhere on here with whats involved with each.

if you can see all the service lights are out and a oragne light saying oil with a clock next to it you need to do a service 2. Tbh best bet is to do a full service anyway if you have never done one since owning the car

Not true I'm afraid. When it states "oil" on an orange light, you need an oil service. If it states "Insp" on an orange light then you need either an insp 1 or an insp 2. The clock symbol has nothing to do with what service you need. It's a yearly reminder for the car to have it's yearly checks along with brake fluid and coolant changes at certain intervals. That clock will light regardless of how many greens are lit or if the orange or reds lit.
