Picked the Sport up today.

Well chuffed, it sounds sweet.

Cost more than I'd hoped but everything was done properly, the manifold (exhaust) was refaced and repaired so it sits perfectly, and there are no snapped studs!! Woohoo! So it sounds like it should. Pretty much silent when cruising at 60mph.

Next up, bodywork.

Nice one. It had a fecked head didnt it? Did you put in a new engine or just get a new head?

A head bolt was snapped and this seemed to be the route of the problem. Many parts were replaced along the way!

(This is Dave by the way!)

It was about Ԛ£400 over my estimate! At least.

Just chilling over at Gavin's, using his laptop and logged in as him still!

Your purpose is now just to enjoy yourself

Lucky bar steward with the 'ring and Faliraki on the 29th.....having said that I'll be in bed all day on the 29th recovering as my last exam's on the 28th :woohoo:

I really should be revising now, 10 days of hard work then 10 weeks of hard drinking is motivation enough :D
