feeler my 325i whats it worth ?

selling one of my e30's i have too many after buying a tourer this weekend 
I have no idea how to price it !! it owe's me somewhere near 1300 but i want it gone and have no clue what price to put on it
it started life as a 320i se I have fitted a M-tech2 kit and that needs painting/colour coding
fitted a high comp early m20 b2.5 engine and box it still has the 320 diff making it pretty quick off the mark !!
overall it is a good honest car and will look great after a trip to the bodyshop which i might end up doing
there is a scrape on the passenger door thanks to some twat at tesco's
I have a selection of wheels the buyer might want instead of the 14" bbs's thats on there
it has MOT until next july and i have just taxed it for 6 months would make an ideal track car or drift thing ! it's great fun to drive
