its very hard to value these cars because their worth is determined entirely by race history. You can buy one in the same condition as this for 35k if it was a spare chassis or one that never won a race.
There is a massive market for these cars though so he may get what hes asking. The guy I know who restores these has a waiting list of about a year!

Theres no way in hell Id pay 90K Euros for an E30 M3. Particularly as all the history of that car has been wiped out by it being rebuilt! I like what various teams have done with their Le mans cars over the years. Take it straight from the finish line and laquer over the top. All the flies and crap is preserved forever then.
