E30 Zone

would be very interested if there are any zoners around here. Have just bought my first e30 and am loving it but ut us a very scary road ahead of me.

theres loads around the middlesex area, some arent on the zone, but most are! one of the great people is DIPS, he's always in the magazines with the great work he does on them; very helpful too. His username is dips346, contact him, hes in heston i belive.

your most certainly in the right place for all the help you need! the zone is full of the info you need! in the middle of an upgrade, it has loads of articles which describe how to servcie your car to how to change bushes and all sorts of other things!

Hi Guys i am in the heston,we should try and have a meet up while we have all this lovly sunshine.

there are a few near you couple in watford ...you need to attend the ace cafe on one of our nights and you will meet a lot of zoners

superb does anyone know when the next night at the ace cafe is on.

Don't know how many are zone members, but I see a few E30s around the Ruislip / Hillingdon area while out and about. Not been to Harrow for a while, but only a few miles down the road from me in Ruislip

Ace Café meet is last Monday of the month 25th of August.

If you want to park in the car park, you'll want to be there before 20:00.. can't say about half nine / who'll be left as I think I'd left before that last time due to my better half not feeling too good.

Hoping to see / meet a few more people from the zone next time myself as last month was my first visit. If you want to get in the car park and plan to go earlier (I'll probably be heading about about 19:30ish again), perhaps could meet up at the Target as I'll be coming down from Hillingdon probably and head on to the Café from there if interested

Always see some nice e30's around, don't know how many are zoners tho...........

would love to Ian but unfortunately am tied up with work until about half nine.

but if you fancy maybe meeting up there - say next thurs evening that would be great - maybe we could entice another few zoners down to exchange some much needed quality advice.

or maybe just some reassurance that there are other people out there as mad about e30's as we are.

would be good to build up a circle of e30 buddies around this area - i know i would def benefit from it

would be good to organise a small get together - am a new e30 owner - have a 318is - and dont really know where to start with it - i think it needs a bit of work but just dont know what to tackle first - engine, exhaust, tuning bodywork - the list goes on as i am sure all e30 owners will know

would be greatful of any help

Im in middlesex, (Southall to be precise.) I drive a 318iS aswell, its brilliant red on a H plate, completely standard and the last 3 letters are ELC, If you see me feel free to stop me and ask questions, I would say to sort the powertrain out first so at least you will have peace of mind that the engine wont go pop! lol! The zone is a really good resource. Get some pics up!

Hmm, maybe with a fair few around the area, might be cool to meet some place at some time?

Sorry for lack of response about the Thursday above Johnny.. just switched jobs and the first week of the new one has been a little stressful. The journey back from Golders Green at ~17:30 ain't much fun either (especially when there's footy on at Wembley! took me 2 hours the other day to do 12 miles... argh!)

Maybe people could post preferred days, times and places here and we could possibly work out a middle variable to go with the majority and have a local meet?
