Thats true im thinking of moving just to get insured. I heard some insurance companies are doing an open driver poilcy where any one with a full valid uk licence is insured to drive the car with the owners permission, im going to give them a call just want to be insured for the next 2/3 months and then garage the car up cause of the such shiet british weather :(, Good luck with the conversion just make sure the insurance companies are notified with the conversion lool winkeye

NCB is the most important thing that keeps the insurance at our age. my insurance goes down by £600 nextime.. which isnt very far away either :?

As it happens,I pay about half the premium that my dad(aged 86 and insuring an E46 316i) does!! My premium is about £130 fully comp.,he is paying about £360!! I understand that my son(rubber duck 89) is quoted £750 TPFT for a 316i E30.I conclude that my age is the correct one for my car... winkeye the new M-tec suspension is very

I get them as well, they cannot accept that a law abiding E30 owner is driving home from work at 3am giving it some beans....I mean, when else can you drive with 'passion' but at dawn?
