E36 seats (cab) how much should they cost???

hi guys, my drivers seat in my E30 cab has snapped in the seat frame
so i'm looking for new seats.
my wife knows a guy who has written off his E36 and said we can have his seats (grey leather) asked him how much, he said make an offer, not sure what condition they are, not sure what price to offer.!!!!!
any ideas??

i sold my old e36 seats just the front 2 for £50 they were in cloth

sure 25 30 for one something like that if its in good condish
