Oh that's not too bad on its own then, but taking into account some people have recorded up to a 10% overread already, this could make things a bit more interesting.

this assumes a tyre with diameter of 24 inches
In an iS top gear is 0.8 and the diff is 4.10 so at 4000 rpm
4000/0.8/4.10 x 0.071 = 86.6 mph
