Tom, it was burdenshot road; the one with the jolly farmer on between mayford and guildford. You know it?
bmwe30mtech wrote:Sorry to hear this mate, what front lip did you have on the car? Anything rare?

As for going back and 'battering' them, don't. They are gypsies, not a few chavs on a friday night. Sadly you will come off worse, its one of those things you cant win with :( . Hope you sort the car soon.
Exactly my thinking mate!

What you need is a shoulder mounted grenade launcher. I imagine some enterprising squaddie around Aldershot will be able to furnish you with such a device for a few hundred quid.

It won't be an established Pikey site for long but a lovely smouldering graveyard.

I don't understand permanent camps. Pikeys are Irish folk, who if they escape their country for x number of months each year, they don't have to pay some sort of council tax or equivalent, IIRC. So they come over here, lay a few dodgy driveways, install some half arsed gutters and soffits, rob the shite out of honest folk and small business and usually fook off.

So permanent camps goes against the whole thesis of not settling in one spot and living on the road.

Yet another way our left wing government lets us down. Do they seriously think these illeterate oxygen thieves will actually vote if the government steals the land off a law abiding person and gives it to them?
They get free electricity etc etc all because of human right. What about the law obiding folks' human rights not to live under seige or in fear??

Insurance is a monoply which serves no purpose than to make money for business. It's like gambling on a corporate scale but with the odds stacked in favour of the gambler.

Pikey scum should be the guinea pig for a zero tolerance policy. If they can settle and become a contributary part of society, then who are we to judge how they live. If not, throw them onto a boat ship them over to Ireland and impound their possessions as proceeds of criminal activities, to be sold to remunerate their victims.

I think you need to lay off the stellas mate, I really don't know where to start with this post.

First you're moaning about our left-wing government. Heard of anything called New Labour? That's the name for the old left-wing Labour giving up it's tradition stance and moving centre scale to win more votes.

Second you randomly hop to bitching about insurance which is a strong part of the capitalist system in which we live. The same capitalist system that is the mainstay of the right-wing governments you presumably support given your penchant for draconian law enforcement and anti-left-wing remarks.

In short ... you do seem to be talking some crap dear boy ;-)

Capitalism isn't right wing, certainly not as in the example I gave. By left wing, I was inferring liberal, which is what is undermining law and order in this country. I don't particularly sit on any side of the fence, I have my opinions and do not consider political leanings when I make them. By not conforming, surely that does not consitute talking crap?

I agree with what you say about new labour, in essence, try to please all the people all the time.

I brought the insurance companies into the topic, albeit in something of a ramble, with the intention that you'll get no sort of justice from them, not as a mechanisms to argue political leanings! It's menat to be there to help people, it's a legal requirement but often ends in short changing the customer.

On review, I never really finished the paragraph, so will concede talking crap in that instance!!!!

I don't expect a draconian law inforcement, but cetainly a policy which doesn't render enforcement impotent and unable to install some sort of acceptable level of order to live in.

but I wont be drinking anymore! winkeye

Agreed it's not necessarily right-wing. I was even going to make a point like that in my post but there's limits to how much I can be arsed to write.
Rosc0PColtrane wrote:

Agreed, and it pisses me off. I believe there's no way they can please everybody but I'd like to see some transparency and openness along the lines of "We've had to make this decision because of x and it will have these good and bad points".

That's what pisses me off the most - it's a legal requirement yet it's at the hand of commercially interested entities. Industry watchdogs and member groups are all well and good but I doubt they always go far enough.

Ahh. What's the right way of going about it. An interesting one. Can't say I've figured that one out at all.

What are the chances of another Breyton lip coming up? Not much in the near future i wouldn't think. At least the valance panel don't look too bent. Did you have any luck with the mirors. Saw your wanted post.

Kos could well be right - if they really wanted to stop your car I'm sure they would have done (and not given you a warning by lobbing a bottle at you to get you nicely sped up for the main event). BUT better safe than sorry, getting out of dodge was the best option. Hindsight is wonderful, when you're around to enjoy it!

Lets send Mr. Walker round to Dans place to explain how this is suposed to work when the dirty b4stards behave as they did in Dan's case.

Sorry to hear about this Dan.

I can vouch for the calibre of pikey C#nts in that area.
Was working on a site between Mayford and old woking, had a tile cutter blatantly nicked a few of the other guys had stuff nicked too, they even took a cement mixer, such a shame it was broken.
Also had run in with a guy (long story) who although had a very new Audi was blatantly a pikey. :x

Anyway, glad your ok dude and the damage isnt too serious on th Is.

i had a girl spit on my car as i drove past her a few days ago.

she spat because i nearly ran her over.........why....because the lights turned green and she was too fat so see me, or her hoop earrings blocked her vision of the road?

when i drive around manchester i do it with the doors locked! i guess the pikeys expected this thats why they threw the bottle!

i say bring back concentration camps for pikeys and chavs.
harsh and slightly wrong but im all for it.

LOL some funny posts here, mineral blue what a ludicrous post! I cannot believe that link, its exactly the sort of thing that needs to be changed.

Further damage to the car has been found; the valance is indeed bent and the fuel tank is a bit bent inwards but its nothing too bad.

Kos, your telling me you would have stopped, reversed, and drove off; fair play but 3 or 4 gypos kicking and throwing god knows what at your car would have done a hell of a lot more damage than driving over a fucking tyre mate!
