So i'm new to the forum and seems like i've already sparked a little debate

I think stE30 picked up on my meaning and others also stepped in to justify it. I'm sorry bootyman if you took offence, that was NOT my intention, i was'nt implying any car that looks anywhere like this is a pile of $hit, your words not mine.

I have great respect for the time, effort, cost and indeed talent that goes into making a car like this, although i could not own one myself, this has nothing to do with cost or ability, if you have the money there are enough specialists around who can build your dream. this is however not MY dream.

bootyman, you say opinions should be given only when asked for, isnt that what you were asking for by posting this thread ? ? ? . . . mine happens to differ from yours, in my eyes thats no biggy, isnt that what makes a forum ? ? ? . . .

There is no hard feelings there mate. My car is one of the most extreme E30's out there at the moment, but even i for 1 second dont think everyone will like it. Hell i'd tickle my toes for a Lambo, but even that wouldnt escape me throwing away a couple of things and stamping my own personality on it. My point is you may not like it, but it's someones dream so certain comments can be hurtful. Things like that dont bother me cause i was a doorman for 15 years and i've just about taken every abuse you can possibly imagine, but some people will be upset by their dream car been slated.

Ho and i didnt put this thread up. I put the original up and we had a laugh about his BS claims, but not at his taste or choices for the car

I would never call myself a pureist when it comes to cars or bikes for that matter, my bike is highly modded, looks a real shitter, but goes like stink. It gets called my frankenblade by friends LOL . . .

It's Funny about taste isnt it cause that looks really Chav to me Then again if you are a power man then i can see why you like it, but i like pimped cars and would rather do 20 mph than 200mph

I'm not power mad, more into having fun and testing limits, thats why i do tracks days on the bike. I've been to track schools to try and improve my corner speeds and am doing Donnington GP circuit tomorrow. Its also why i've now bought my first e30. Its a slightly modded 325 touring and will be doing a few in this once i've got it a bit more sorted, will post up some pics when i can.
