I was once given a courtesy car that was described as 'Airforce blue' by, yes Adam, Series Nine.

It was gross 8O never seen one before or since (thank god!)

Nott'ham Fox ask Adam about it, his dad loved it. I think it was a 320 it was about 7/8 years ago so i assume it is in heaven now. :?

Either Zinnobarrot or brilliantrot....

....The originals have all either faded to a wierd pink/orange or have had some bodyshop apprentice try and match the colour but done it badly.

Same with my brilliantrot 316i... I'm sure I got it cheap because it was pink... and it isnt any more!!

Now I've polished it I'm sorting the rust at the front wheelarches... when I've done that I might even show my new wheels off with piccies... ...and some of my other car as well.

Not exactly E30, but here's a list of E24 colours:

http://www.e-24.ru/eng/theory/colors/gallery/

I had no idea there were so many different shades of beige... Completely agree with what everyone is saying about Brilliantrot - when I picked up my 318is it was pink. Very pink. A week, and a bottle of T-cut later and it looks fantastic. Well worth the effort.

(And I could find myself committing a serious crime to get my hands on that Misano Red 6er)
