Good call!!
I like Laguna Seca blue but the M3 doesnt suit it! Macao would suit it down to the ground!

Being honest i expected these little niggles i knew it wasnt going to faultless motoring, i mean for a start the car is 19years old and has covered 104k miles id imagine its been driven how it should be too!!
I really didnt expect to make it back from scotland, i bought the car for nearly half their normal market value, so a few bearings and things i dont mind replacing. but there is very very little rust on it, that was my main concern so im more than happy with it
I have got a squeaky injector too
Thanks old_skool_2002 i'll pm him now

I know you managed to get it cheap but rule of thumb (as I was told when I was looking) is spend 4k and expect to spend 4k on it but spend 8k and expect to only maintain it!
I hope you only have to replace a couple of wheel bearings and then youve got a bargain!!! However the respray to make it look right will cost upwards of 1500 quid!

Thats what I do with my e39 m5 ..... mention the M and it sticks the price up

Cracking advise and to be honest you can get loads of part for them without mentioning BMW let alone M3....there are certain Volvo parts that are the same and cost half the price from Halfrauds.

If i remember correctly, there was a debate on here not too long ago about the price of this M3.. was cheap and alot of peeps said they wouldnt touch it with a barge pole due to the low price! i knew i was right in saying its a good buy, and for the price you bought it, you can afford to chuck some money at it and keep it a minter... well done mate good buy. !!

Nice car, mate! Congrats! I'm not sure about the colour though, but horses for courses and all that.
