Hello ppl....!!
Just joined e30 zone.
Im 25(ish) final year mech-eng student in bradford uni, and my origin is from Greece.
Glad to be here with ppl that love as much (i hope ) as i do this old school b.m!! A a happy owner of 2 e30z. A 318i M40 4door, that joined the family in May 1989 *brand new at that time, and a 318is M42 that i bought few years ago.
Been a student, and always short of cash the 318is is declared of-road :cry:
but hopefully this june im graduating and she will be back on the road. I hope...!!!
This is actually my first post, i will upload some pictures in near future but first i have to take a look on the site cause ive noticed few intresting things!!

Bought it with a blown head-gasket (knew that) but i didnt know that the cylinder head was cracked too. So bought another engine..stripped both, make a good one now ive got the second engine almost done but with the head missing (didnt rebuilt same engine twice!)

go to www.imageshack.us

Register with imageshack and validate your account via the link in the email they will send you.

Then go to your imageshack page and click the link circled in red here.

That will bring up this popup. Browse to the image and select it, then click upload.

Once its uploaded, you will see a small thumbnail image of it on your imageshack page. Click the little I to the right of the thumbnail. (circled in red here)

Clicking that will bring up this popup window. Highlight the 'direct:' code, right click and select copy. (you can also select and highlight the 'forums:' code and use that, but the capitals in the Image

Once that code is copied, go to the forum, and either by entering Image yourself or by clicking the 'Img' button above the text reply box get the image tags up in the reply box. Place the cursor inbetween these tags, right click and select paste.

Enter any text to accompany, click submit or post reply (depending on the forum) and roberts your fathers brother... job jobbed... 8)

Ps, thats a bit condescending, but I'm trying to make it as clear as possible so :wink: hope it helps.
