As per the title, a friend brought round a cluster out of a car where all gauges works and exactly the same issue occurred when we swopped them over.

I've seen troubleshooting tips for each of the issues in isolation however as both have broken I thought an obvious solution may jump out to you guys as my knowledge is limited.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Have you checked all the brass nuts are there and tightened?

Actually, reading your post, the clusters worked in the other car!

Next step would be sensors for each?

Sorry maybe I didn't make myself clear. A fully working cluster was put into my car and the same issues occurred.

So turns out it was fuse 10. Changed that and everything including the blower have started working. I've heard that the reversing lights might be causing the fuse to blow.
