Have I bought a fake? Please help

I recently purchased a Mtech 1 rear spoiler which I was told is genuine.
It has the marking saying something like Elasto... Heckspoiler and a part number on the bottom left as if you were looking at it on the car.

However when looking at others for sale I see that they have a little BMW logo and part number 1923965 on the left instead.

Does this mean I have a fake?
Any help on markings and what to look for would be great.

Heckspoiler is German for rear spoiler.

Stick the number in to RealOem to check and to be honest a photo or two speaks a thousand words.

The Typ Number is the same also I thought there where two variants one with edging one without.

What was it advertised as?

Thought one had the extra rubber around it, I may be mistaken I usually am ;o)))))
