Checked the website and just found out my cars just failed its MOT today for having battery secured, I just changed it and forgot to lock it down :o:

They are all quite useful, i'm looking for a new car and using the mot hustiry I think it can give you a good idea of how a car has been looked after.
I've deleted 80% of the "mint" and "perfect" cars that were on my list, mot advisory notes on them says otherwise.

Exactly, I nearly bought an E46 which looked and sounded good, guy told me the same garage had been looking after it for ten years and had wanted for nothing.........check the DVLA and comes back with anti roll bar bush advisories for 3-4yrs, if they couldn't be arsed to change them what else was neglected...!! Very handy buying tool this!!

i've used it and the amount of clocked cars that show up is comical , i looked at a ford galaxy for £1500 and done a quick history check and found it had done 225k miles and not the 110k miles stated in the ad ... the seller seemed quite shocked at the news . :D
