Have you seen my thread? I could fix it for you, my dad's sorting out a jig to make the process a lot easier and quicker = cheaper.

Think a lug is missing ,matt just dont want to loose one..

I can put 4 New lugs on like this.



Then remove the Hartge sticker and drill a 5mm hole in the center for a counter sunk screw with a repair washer for added security





Refit sticker

I posted that link last time and someone said they had tried to buy them from there but although they are still on there website they have run out.

Not really mate no, you'll possibly need a new sticker and just to sand where the old lugs where flat and drill the 5mm hole in the centre but that's all, dads hopefully going to have a look at the tooling this week so shouldn't be to long till we can get one to you.

Hi how much do you charge per cap?

I haven't made one other than the first one for my car but once we get an idea of how long it takes to make one and materials I can work out a price but don't think it will be horrendous and will get your caps working again.

How many would you be after?
