I beleive Bates were taken over by Bmw Park Lane, branches at park lane, battersea & parts dept at wandsworth!

I asked Park Lane but the lady I spoke to wasn't aware that they had.

Nope, Bates were in Maldon Essex.

Park lane took over first front in Vauxhall and coopers park lane dealer.

Any idea who Bates are now?

Thats quite interesting, i thought First Front (vauxhall) was taken over by Bates ( Bates southbank: ie Vauxhall) which is what the above quote refers to?
