Had i quick look around on here but no luck. Where is the best place to source a full set of uprated bushes for my 89' e30?

BMW, or the same bits in their manufacturer's own boxes from the likes of GSF or CP4L. The genuine rubber articles are as 'uprated' as you need, and superior to any plastic aftermarket rubbish, with their detrimental characteristics, such as friction.

Write down all these part numbers and take them to ECP or Carparts4Less:

E30 M3 offset control arm bush for the front control arms. (Stronger and increases castor.)
E46 cabriolet rear top damper mounts. (Identical in appearance to E30 items, but much stronger.)
Some recommend a Z3 bush for the diff.
