Sadly the car is only worth as a sum of its parts, very low market of appeal due to the RHD and modifications.

The exact conversation I've just had with the fella at work that sent me the link, my opinion was it's downfall was the conversion, and that it's been fettled and messed with

Depends on which parts were liberated whilst on SOR. What's the betting on a stock 2.3 and a 316 diff? :D

I know the geezer who owns the car very well,
the amount of money he has spent on it is just unreal every E30 M3 part that could be bought new from the dealers was purchased :P
the Rimzz came from Pete's passage when he had lots of new Hartge Rimzz in stock :D

sadly his decision to fit TV's/DVD's in a car is not everyone's choice but this was done many years ago when it was all the rage?
IMO the car needs nothing except the interior returning back to factory... she's rock solid with no rust issues what so ever, and has a great Donk, the paint is simply superb evrything is tighter than a ducks ar5e

Price seems a bit OTT but he's spent far more than that on it...

Not at all Andrew, I've bought one of this before and converted 3 for markets where you cannot drive LHD cars. Australia, HK, etc.

I'll pass thanks.

I couldn't care less what the owner looks like.the car does look nice.sadly being converted to right hand drive and having tv screens and an ice install doesn't help the car at all.id imagine that's why many people would look elsewhere.including me if I had the money spare.

28k is an awful amount of money to part with, I think there are better opportunities out there for that amount of cash but still a very nice car nonetheless.

Wrong car, this one was mid 30s at one stage iirc

IMO, from purely a resale perspective, the nasty Davia A/C and all of the pikey tat is more of an issue than the RHD . Having said that, the car is too new to legally be imported into Australia so his market is very small.

Yes it is too much money and yes Barney is an odious tw4t who is full of sh1t.
