To any of you from NI, are you aware of, or use, garages that are aren't main dealer but handy with an E30 (or old BMW's in general)?

Nothing in particular at the minute, just curious as I can only really do basic mechanical stuff,.

Never used them myself but they seem to do alot of older bmw's and vag's

Ah ok, maybe be handier than the garage I used last time, was a German car specialist in east belfast

I have never had a proper look around the car but it looked clean from what i did see but i do know it got an engine as the guy blow a hole in it after diffing 1 night, i sold him the M20 from my sport but then i think the car has changed hands since then a few times,

I had a chat to one of the owners in Auto Technic in East Belfast. He worked in the main dealership for about 10 years and then opened up.
He wasn't made keen on the E30 chat, but they would know their stuff i'd say. Although it's not exactly an old man in a shed, so expect to pay decent money!

Yea I actually used them for the last time the E30 shat itself!
They replaced the head gasket on it, and yea it was a pricey job!
