Paint code/type

Just wondering if BMW commonly put the name of the paint on the car on the nearside suspension strut. Mine says zinnebrot red (sp?). Thought it was unusual to actually see the name of the paint and not the code on the sticker.

tah mate. First time ive ever seen the actual name of the paint on any car just wondered if someone had made a sticker up. Looks genuine like.

I've seen the wiki I was just surprised at seeing the actual colour wrote and not just the code. Thanks though. Just need to find some wings now!
