Hi

Doing a m52 2.5 Convertion on e30 cab , have one issue to resolve :mad: the inlet manifold is hitting the servo and is causing the engine to sit on the wonk :evil: , dose any one know how to get round this problem cheers

Inlet hitting the slave?
You mean hitting the servo surely?
What servo have you fitted as the E30 one is too big.
you need one from a Clio as that allows enough clearence for the inlet.

Cheers I ment servo, still have the e30 one in, is the Clio one a straight fit ,

Bolts straight in but needs a spacer between the master cylinder and the servo pin.Just use a chopped down bolt as a spacer.
You need the servo from any plastic wing Clio,bout 99 onwards I think.

There are other option such as Golf Gti etc but Clio is readilly available and in my opinion better pedal feel than Golf one.

Soz one more question what master cylinder do I need to bolt on the Clio slave is it from e36 or e30 325, cheers
