under the bonnet of a mates 323i the other day,..

noticed his motor looked like a fair few bits and peices were missing!
is it me or do they usually look like this?

well it's like the "middle child" isn't it, not a whole lot better than a 320i, and not as good as a 325i.

My 323i killed 320's and it kept up with 325's to about 120mph, I have had loads of sport's so I should know, im sure other people will agree!!

the 323 is a very quick motor , but a engine with 2.5 block with a 2.3 head is ment to be quicker than a standerd 325 :wink:

A 323 head (731 casting) will not fit on a 325 bottom end , the piston crown will actually prevent the head from being bolted on as it is not compatible with the 731 combustion chamber.

I never said the same par, look in the photo's...I have had the lot. What I said is that it's not far behind, do you really think .178cc makes that much difference?? 0-60 is like a second difference which in the real world is nowt, and top end is ten miles an hour which I did say you can tell.
