Sooooooo I put my replacement front panel on couple days ago(cheers adit) closed bonnet and forgot I needed to top up coolant. Guess what happened....yes bloody bonnet release snapped off! Have to say for some odd reason I looked at the handle and laughed I can still get the bonnet open though but wondered whether I needed to replace it for the MOT or can I just tell the guy my sketchy method of opening it? Haha

Close a pair of small mole grips onto whats left of the release handle, should pass like that
