What are these seats from?

I took these out of a 4 door '89 316i I broke, I'm assuming they weren't original. Can someone tell me anything about them please?

standard grey leather comfort seats (with add-on Mtech badges) by the looks of it

Thank you. I did think the tech badges were added later (as most of them seem to be) but one badge is broken and I can see they have pins running through into the back of the seats.
