International Courier Recommendation

I'm thinking of buying some wheels from Germany so could anyone tell me from experience a good courier and price.

They are 17" wheels so what size boxes should I be quoted on?

I'm over in Germany once a month working, and often take the van (Astra Estate) if the roads are free from snow, and would be happy to pick something up so long as its not too far out of the way, and for a reasonable contribution to the fuel costs!

Wherabouts in Germany? Its a bloody big place..

Alternatively, a road trip over there is also good fun, and if you do it over 2 days DFDS are offering a £19 return fare too.
