Just wanted to post a thankyou for a great service from crossways garage, pierce, who recently listed his old engine on the forum and I snapped it up fast. We spoke over the phone and asked whether he could fit the engine as well as look at some other small issues with the car, drove to his garage in Bromley where he gave excellent advice and gave me his honest opinions and took pictures during progress and kept us informed of progress. Not a problem was a pleasure to work on makes a change to work on the old skool stuff once in a wile makes me remember why i started out as a mechanic all those years ago and why i keep BMW`s myself
