Just my bit of input on this, there is no "correct" offset for the car. You can only figure this out once you figure in the specific wheels you're using.brettE30cab wrote:So what is the correct offset for my car ? Et20?
15x7 weaves were ET24
Best fitment in 16x8 is ET20
I haven't much experience with 17"s but can imagine they need to have a final backspacing of at most 25. On 7.5" wide, I've used ET20 that looked near perfect.
I know the newer Alpina reps that are going around are just that, 17x7.5 ET20
Maybe someone with experience with 17"ers can chime in and complete what i'm trying to say.

Well I currently have 17"x7.5" alpina reps that are et20, and they fit perfect, so if I get same size wheels but et35 il need 15mm spacers to getthe same fit as I currently have , is that right?
