Just turned 37 today and on my second e30, always wanted an e30 when growing up but could only afford mk2 escorts, mk1 astras and any other piece of rusty junk. Looking and getting a third if something i fancy turns up.

31 and on my 5th E30. Like to think I've experienced the best that the E30 has to offer.
One of the ones who saw them as a kid and just had to have one...

i,m nearly 27, 11 bmws since i turned 18 with my first sport, 5 of which were e30's all 2.5's and 3 of sports 1 cab and now IS with 2.5 in. rest were 3.0 and 3.2's say no more........ bitten by the bug.
Made me chuckle, as the car before my IS was a Saxo VTR!Morat wrote:Most people are older than 19
There are two main sorts of E30 owner, young guys who don't want to drive a saxo... and everyone else
I'm 23, on my first and probably last E30 (it's never getting sold, ever.)
Im 22, but had my first E30 when I turned 20, which is my red 320i SE auto. At 21 I bought a 325i project car.
I'm contemplating my 3rd E30 as we speak! (2nd 325i). Mainly to do with the fact my 320i is basically dead now, rust destroying the scuttle, pink disease, and so on.
I've also had an E34 535i!

Uni is killing the project.

That the same as an M535? They look so nice, I'd love one some day! What was it like?
Im 27 and on my 6th e30 in a row..love the looks the interior mainly the dashboard layout, even a battered rust bucket still looks good (from a distance). Hate driving any other newish car find them too boring..people who slate them for being old, ugly blah blah blah are those that have never driven or sat as a passenger in an e30....love it..

I'm 25 and on my first....
Dalbye30, I hope you realise that you will now need to collect all this data (which you asked for) and work out a nice cross-section!!
I'm reckoning the average owner is approx 34, on his second E30...

I'm 36, first E30 was when I was 22. Kept it off the road for 7 years, sold it in 2003 and got divorced so it didn't get replaced. Bought my 2nd E30 2 years ago, now I've got three - Cabby, Sport and sh*tter.

im 19 on my first e30

I'm 30, but I was 28 when I got the e30 after a couple of e46's.
Thinking about chopping in my current e46 (daily driver) for another e30 though, since I only do 10,000 rather than the previous 30,000 miles a year now
