PM a member called Kevo on here.

He works for a well known company and does LSD refurb in his spare time (he also does this as part of his job)
He has done two diffs for me and to say that I am happy with the work and costs involved was a a bit of an understatement. His work has been faultless and the cost was very very reasonable.

I presume less than £200 is with just renewing plates and seals and not all the bearings or increasing the ramp angles, preload or 4-plate clutch mods etc?

Cool, £150-200 sounds spot on for that. I was just getting worried as I have to rebuild a mates diff from scratch over the christmas and swap cwps and if it was 200 for the job over there, it would be wrapped up and off to the nearest courier :D

Was talking to them recently...

about 60 quid or so for a plate kit.

And;
[quote/]Labour cost to rebuild an LSD (25%) is £60. To upspec to 40% is £100. to upspec to 75% is £150. The problem is the shipping costs for an LSD circa £20 each way in UK[/quote]

Which is very reasonable I think. They don't really do complete rebuilds though such as swapping cwps etc.
