I'd just renew any bits needing doing and leave it in the garage where it is unless your mom wants it out and just drive it on the sunny weekends.

after i expressed my initerest the OP pm's me asking what its worth and what my offer is.

now i would seriously consider a white sport, but i have stated i need to see the car 1st and see whats what. it certainly will need every fluid changed from engine oil to diff and trany fluids, brakes lines fuel lines, pads, water pump, every belt and the tensioners, bushes, 4 tyres etc.

going by my estimates, by the time you buy the parts that need changing ( and this would be the bear minimun of cambelt / tensioner water pump, all fluids and filters, brake pads, and tyres) you'll be spending well over £1000 on parts, and realisticly on car like this, if it does exist it will need main dealer parts GSF stuff wont cut it on this one.

i recon it will need closed to £2000 to make the car right and back to as new condition, and thats a blind estimate

then again, it could be done for less if you cut corners and only plan to serve it. for me it would be for keeps
