just want to get few ideas on shock and springs for a firmer ride but not rock solid must be some comfort at least :cool:

looking for brand new

so please state make and cost and the ride it give's you.

Many many threads on this....

I vote for Eibach Pro Kit springs and Bilstein B8 shocks with Eibach roll bars.

Simon13 has driven Hnr and Eibach springs and votes for HnR (not sure about rollbars)

Daimlerman prefers MTech Springs and dampers (Gen BMW must be pricey) with standard ARBs.

Where will you be driving?
E30 Touring 0.35 cD - more slippery than prison soap :)

Had a H&R cup kit on my 1st BMW and had bilsteins and eibach on one I have just sold and TBH there's not a lot of difference in the ride quality, but I felt that the H&R gave a better handling car. But then again the H&R kit was newer? Great kit for the money
