Apologies to everyone if this isn't the right place to ask or this isn't allowed but kamracing...
Their website is showing a set of Bilstein B8 Dampers for the E30 for just £350 inc VAT, which as far as I can see is a great deal (considering B4s from ECP would set me back £214)
Does anyone have an experience ordering from Kamracing? Is £350 a good price for B8s? (it's certainly less than I've seen them anywhere else)!
I'm rather tempted to put an order in
Thanks
Josh

I ordered mine from them. Turned in two days straight from ECP who are bilstein uk suppliers or something. Very good service. Much cheaper and exactly the same thing!

As far as I understand, B4s are OEM Spec, B8s are uprated 'Sprint' Spec, best suited to -35MM Springs.tomti wrote:whats the difference in B8's and B4's?
B6s are the inverted ones best suited to crazy -60mm+ drops.
As least that's as far as I understand

The only correct answer so far is from Bob_S
B6 and B8 are inverted
B6 and B8 are inverted

This picture here lies all the dampers in question
top boge mtech, it's f**ked and the damper rod isn't fully extented
middle B6 ala tech 1 sport
bottom B8 ala Alpina/hartge
B6's give the hardest ride with any spring, B8's are better, mtechs only good on stock or 40mm springs.
As you can see the B6 is the shortest shock by some way
