E30 Parts

Ive just bought a 1986 e30 325i 2 door which i am going to use for track day use.
It has blue "HEATED" Recaro sports cloth seats, very rare I think, Sports BBS alloys,all round Bilstein suspension,ABS,rear window blind,cruise control,electric windows and a LSD.
It needs a bit of bodywork so Im planning to sell everything that I will no longer need such as interior etc, obviously I want to keep suspension and LSD.
Can anyone please tell me what else I can salvage and what sort of money I could get for the above parts?

all the tool kit and bootlining. glove box and torch. electrick areal and fill the hole. sunroof should go so sell the mech. eneything you upgrade.
