to scrap or not

ok , right i just a nice little gem off ebay

it has a lovely 320 engine (that does not run properly)
and a nice 325i auto box witch seams ok (but not sport)

the chasis is not to great tho and the whole car just has problem after problem


would anybody want this off me . i hate to scrap cars i like but some times they just cant be saved

if its more trouble and cash than its worth or youve got to spare then scrap it. although at about £15 a ton you wont get much back.

remove the council shit of it and tidy it up i say, looked like a nice car

the owners two toned it with underseal . recking any good panels and the bumpers are rubbish
then there are the bits of rust and all the broken bits

has leather comfort seats , drivers is horrid , but the door cards match the rest too

anybody want these ?

Scrap job's buggered at the mo, most yards and collector's [including myself] are offering Free tip or collection only, some will still pay £10-£20 if you take it to them, best try it on fleabay as a last resort before givin it away mate

PS My local scrappy wanted 10 quid to take my Shittycento,I stuck it on Ebay,despite protests from the missus saying you can't sell a car with no wheels,well,I got 50 quid for it,guy turned up with some extra wheels and spec lifted it away

Crikey, that's rougher than a Bear's arse. No way is it 1982, A plate is August '83. It's an early car but it's not early enough or good enough to warrant saving. The colour is Sapphire blue.

It's only worth breaking. 2 litre LE Jet engine is worth about ten pounds, same for the box. I'd take the small case 3.45 diff out (good ratio), set of BBS, the Spax 'spensions, Zorst. If you can be arsed to take the head off, it might be worth 40 quid. Just strip it to a shell and flog the bits, innit?

By the way, I have a brand new unused chrome front bumper, 40 quid.
