318i camshaft help

Need a new camshaft for M40 engine fairly quick, have been quoted £250 mark from BMW, just looking for some advice on prices etc, where have other people purchased from?

you sure it is just the camshaft? ECP sell them for around £50 I think but you will probably need new hydraulic lifters and stuff.

Might be worth finding a nice 2nd hand m40 head - if there is such a thing!
