Sorry to ask a dumb question guys just 2 newbie questions first one is why does my 320 have a burst of accelaration once it hits 4k rpm in 3rd gear is this normal ?
Second one is sometimes one i hit 4.5k - 5k rpm you can hear a Squieling noise im not sure what it is any ideas.

Not so much that you get a burst of power after 4000RPM; it's more that the 320 is utterly gutless at low revs.
Squealing noise could be a resonant vibration somewhere, one of the auxiliary belts, or even the timing belt.
