Found this on google images and thought it might interest you guys/gals ;) I thought it was a police vehicle to begin with, but not so sure now..............:mad:

The Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (Federal Agency for Technical Relief, THW) is a disaster relief organisation controlled by the German federal government. 99% of its members are volunteers.

Correct me if I'm wrong but they are Borbet type CF

Not council IMO! and a voluntary staffed government funded organisation would hardly fit 'council' wheels for the sake of it. Unless they came supplied by BMW or serve some function they wouldn't be there.
