Can any body tell me how much of a job it is to replace the whole wiring loom on my 318i?? Its just that im stripping the old girl and me and my mate reckon that it looks a right mess like somebody's added abit there and diconected a bit here..... any clues?? :? How much is one these days aswell??? ...

Hi can anybody recomend any dial kits/gauges for my 318i? i want to remove the air vents in the centre console and put in the gauges? which i think would look bob-on :P Anybody know any good makes like smiths etc..... cheers Matt 8) P.S. is this an easy job to do has anybody done this with some pics...

Anybody seen this months copy of Total BMW? The reason why im asking is that theres a tricked out e30 trackday car in white and has the backend in the BMW Three stripe M-Colours which im thinking whould look bob-on on my white 318i!! :cool: :cool: Does anybody know the colour codes for the M-Colours...

im planning on ditching the M40 for an M10 just to let you know my cars 1987 on a e-plate and has a M40 engine, must be one of the first?? yeah will to give it a go, but it wont be a cheque book project! on-going as and when money and time allow! :x just looking for someone to point me in the right ...

I think it looks like the M40 picture 95% sure..... 2610246 are the last 7 numbers on the vin number...... From what people are saying this is the worse 1 of the 2..... any advice on what engine to drop in its place.....???

After looking up parts for my 318i u have 2 choices M10 M40.... But the CC for the m10 engine 1766 M40 is 1795....... my V5 says mine is 1795cc so does that mean ive got an m40 engine?? aaaahhhhh
